Existing Customers
- Check the System Status Page – A quick check here can alert you to any known issues across the network.
- Check our Support Database – 75% of our queries can be answered by checking this!
- Submit a Support Ticket – This is the best way of contacting us when you are an existing customer, by submitting a ticket you will get an emailed response when we have replied, we aim to answer all queries the same day.
- Contact us on Twitter or Facebook – Be mindful however that these are not the best ways to get support – your questions can all be seen by the public, something you should be mindful of when posting anything on social networks, not just when you are contacting us!
Not a customer
- If you are not a customer, please visit our contacts page and fill out the contact form, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Social Media – again, not the best way generally due to the lack of privacy, however we can be found on Facebook and Twitter should you require that.
